Cooling Off

While waiting for power to be restored on the weekend and to escape the heat, I enjoyed the cold, fresh water at one of our pristine creeks. I did nature's Ice Bath Therapy. So calming, so relaxing, very cooling. We live in an amazing part of the world, we are so lucky.
