My journey as a Remedial Massage Therapist started in 2016. Massage Worx Townsville Clinic doors opened in July 2017.

I offer a different approach to Remedial Massage Therapy. My technique uses a combination of relaxation, myofascial release, deep tissue methods and trigger point therapies, incorporating light to firm pressure, catering to each individual.   Offering a gentle and nurturing treatment approach to the body presented. I do not believe in causing pain. The old saying "no pain no gain" does not exist in my treatment room. Mild discomfort can be felt when receiving a massage over tender areas, but at no time should you experience pain. 

I am fully accredited with The Association Of Massage Therapists Australia (AMT) AMT-Senior Level One-11989

Previously I have taught the Diploma Of Remedial Massage and sat on the Board of Directors for AMT.

Massage Worx Townsville delivers clinical massage therapies. Services include: relaxation, remedial, sports, deep tissue, myofascial cupping, kinesio taping and pregnancy massage. Using a client centered treatment approach, Massage Worx Townsville empowers people with knowledge and the benefits of massage as an inclusive health care system with the aim of coaching people towards achieving a well-balanced healthy body and mind. 

Each session includes a free consultation, this is extra to your massage treatment time; 10 to 15 minutes.  This is to ensure the correct treatment protocol is matched to each individual’s session.
 
Therapy sessions are conducted in a private, confidential, and professional treatment room.  My treatment room has its own entrance/exit. 
 
Private Health Fund rebates are available for clients with “extras” covering Remedial Massage Therapy for most major insurers, please check with your health fund for eligibility.  In clinic claiming via Healthpoint.
