Challenge accepted

I know it's a good thing to challenge yourself both physically and mentally. I accomplished this Saturday when, in a group of 10, I hiked Mt Halifax. Unfortunately I was unable to climb to the summit, stopping at Eagles Nest at 1047m. The weather was inclement, making conditions difficult. The terrain was tough, slippery and intense. For every 1km we climbed 200m in elevation. I challenged every part of my being. So grateful to have completed this adventure with friends and without injury.

So happy I booked a massaged for myself on the Monday! 💆‍♀️ 🙌 Helped me recover from the DOMs.
